I regularly read Mexican newspapers on line to keep up with current events. I obviously stop at the food section.
Today I wandered towards César Calderón’s “Con ojo de Gourmand”, one of the culinary columns of El Universal, and found myself melting with the descriptions of the food served in a small restaurant outside Oaxaca, wanting to tele-transport myself right now. The way the food is described and the type of stuff they make just melts me. I’m sure I would have more culinary big-O’s there.
